Recently, a fake news story has appeared online claiming that an investigation has allegedly been initiated against the PIN-UP brand in Turkey, with loud accusations being made.

• No official investigation is underway, and there have been no statements from Turkish authorities.
• PIN-UP does not operate in Turkey and officially banned the use of its brand in the country in 2024.
• Messages involving case participants, criminal sentences, and “shadow schemes” are disinformation.

The materials published by several Telegram channels are fake. No sources confirming the existence of an investigation have been found.
