The inspection found violations related to missing mandatory information for players.

The websites did not provide operator contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses.

Information about the license and the regulatory authority that issued it was also absent.

Gambling Risk Information

On five out of six sites, there was no information about the risks associated with gambling.

The regulator emphasized that such information must be accessible to users on the main pages of casino websites.

Sanction Amount and Regulator Decision

Following the inspection, the operator received a warning and a sanction fee of 80,000 Swedish kronor.

Spelinspektionen noted that the violations affected all the company’s reviewed web platforms.
