Oddin.gg: MLBB showed the highest betting growth among esports disciplines in 2025

The esports betting data provider Oddin.gg for operators published its annual report on esports betting for 2025 across five titles (CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, VALORANT and MLBB), based on data from its partner network.
The median growth in betting volume across all disciplines reached +23% YoY. The number of bets increased by +31% YoY. The iGN editorial team highlights the key figures:

Esports betting analytics
Analysts at Oddin.gg note a shift in bettor interest from tournaments toward teams and players. In CS2, player-specific betting markets grew to 80% between Majors. In Dota 2, combined markets increased fourfold YoY.
CS2 remains the most commercially stable discipline for bookmakers, while MLBB appeared in the Oddin.gg report for the first time.
