Betnacional Becomes Title Sponsor of Copa Maria Bonita Tournament
Betting operator Betnacional has become the title sponsor of the largest women’s football tournament in Northeast Brazil — Copa Maria Bonita.
The event will take place on October 2–11 at the Arena Pernambuco and will feature nine clubs, each representing a different state of the region.
New Title Sponsor and Tournament Name
Betnacional has acquired the tournament’s naming rights, and the official name is now Copa Maria Bonita Betnacional.
The competition will be held in the city of Camaragibe (state of Pernambuco) at the modern Arena Pernambuco, which previously hosted matches of the 2014 FIFA World Cup and is included on the list of venues for the upcoming 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

A total of 14 matches will be played. Broadcasts are scheduled on Canal Goat via YouTube, as well as on Globo Nordeste, Sportv, and the streaming platform Globoplay.

Betnacional has been actively supporting football in Northeast Brazil. The company already sponsors Sport, which will compete in the Brazilian Série A in 2025, and is also a partner of the Campeonato Pernambucano.
