PlayCity imposed a fine on Party Casino in Ukraine

In Ukraine, the regulator PlayCity imposed a fine of over ₴4.3 million (~$98.9k) on online casino operator Party Casino (LLC “Pati Planet”) for allowing a player from the Register of Persons with Restricted Access to Gambling to participate.
Reason for the fine and inspection
The violation was identified following an unscheduled inspection initiated after a complaint. The review confirmed that the operator allowed a user listed in the restricted register to access and play.
These requirements are mandatory for all licensed operators. Allowing access to individuals from this register is treated as a direct breach of gambling regulations.
Fine amount and payment deadline
The total fine exceeded ₴4.3 million. The operator has been given three months to pay the penalty voluntarily from the date of the decision.
If the obligation is not fulfilled, additional enforcement measures may be applied under current regulations.
