Stakelogic Closes Live Studios in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, provider Stakelogic (SEGA SAMMY) has closed its live studios in Eindhoven and moved live production to Malta as part of cost-cutting measures, reported the company’s COO to CasinoNieuws.nl.
Closure of Stakelogic Studios
Stakelogic has shut down its live studios in Eindhoven. Employees of the Stakelogic Live division were informed that broadcasts from the Netherlands would stop.
Reason for the Decision
The company stated that the closure was necessary to reduce costs.
Production Relocation
Instead of the Dutch studios, a live studio in Malta will now be used, and it will continue operations.
Changes to Live Games
Following the studio closures, the format of live games and the language of broadcasts will change.
End of Dutch-Language Tables
Dutch-language live tables will be discontinued. All games with live dealers will be offered in English only.
Changes to Branded Tables
The company is also changing its approach to branded tables, which were previously created for specific casino brands.
It will now use Chromakey technology, allowing a single studio to serve multiple brands while displaying different logos.
Eindhoven Office
Despite the studio closures, the Stakelogic office in Eindhoven will remain operational.
Ongoing Activities
The office will continue to support other areas of the company’s business.
Stakelogic and SEGA SAMMY
Stakelogic was founded in the Netherlands in 2015 and later expanded into live casino operations.
Company Development
The company initially developed online slots and later added live games, including roulette and blackjack.
Deal with SEGA SAMMY
In 2024, SEGA SAMMY announced the acquisition of the company for around €130 million. The deal was finalized in April 2025 following a court decision.
