In the B2B segment in 2025, companies most often searched for specialists in the following areas:

Sales and Marketing

58.3% — sales

51.4% — marketing

These areas became the main hiring priorities for companies operating in the B2B iGaming segment.

Most In-Demand Hiring Areas in B2C

In the B2C segment, hiring priorities were different. Companies more often looked for specialists connected with operational activities and user support.

Payments and Customer Support

43.5% — payment-related roles

34.8% — customer support

These roles were the most in demand among companies in the B2C segment.

Differences in Hiring Strategy

According to the report’s authors, the B2B segment in 2025 mainly invested in business growth. At the same time, B2C companies focused more on operational stability and risk management.
