Novatech Solutions leaves Curaçao registry after fine

In Curaçao, Novatech Solutions N.V. (Qbet, MangaCasino, SlotExpress, 55Bet, 30Bet) was deregistered from the Chamber of Commerce on March 11, one day after a record €24.85 million fine issued by the Dutch regulator KSA, reports iGaming expert João Mar. The licence remains active.

Novatech Solutions N.V. was removed from the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce registry on March 11. The change came one day after the decision by the Dutch regulator.

Record fine from the KSA regulator

Earlier, the regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) imposed a fine of €24.85 million on the company. The amount became one of the largest sanctions applied to an iGaming operator.

Management was carried out through representatives Glenn Rellum and Jair Almeida Toussaint. These individuals are also linked to the operator Santeda International B.V., which runs the projects MyStake and 1Red Casino.
