  • Platform must be hosted in an MIT data center
  • Certification from independent testing labs
  • Internal policies for AML, KYC, and responsible gaming
  • Transparent, non-misleading advertising practices
  • Must undergo commission due diligence
According to 4H, the Kahnawà:ke license remains attractive due to its regulatory stability and 0% tax rate. The jurisdiction began issuing licenses even before well-known authorities such as Malta and the UK. To date, over 50 CPA licenses have been granted, covering more than 200 gaming sites.

This license is not suitable for entering regulated markets and does not provide access to the EU.
