Belarus Blocks Six Crypto Exchanges for Improper Advertising

In Belarus, the Ministry of Information has blocked six crypto exchanges for improper advertising, including Bybit, BingX, Bitget, OKX, Weex, and Gate.

Reasons for Access Restrictions

Based on a notice from the Minsk City Executive Committee, it was determined that the websites okx.com, bitget.com, bingx.com, bybit.com, weex.com, and gate.com contained improper advertising.

The Ministry of Information, relying on Article 51-1 of the Mass Media Law, made the decision on December 9, 2025, to restrict access to these resources.

Procedure for Restoring Access

According to Article 51-2 of the Mass Media Law, a request to restore access may be submitted only by the resource owner after resolving the legal violations that served as the basis for the block.

Any additional violations identified during the inspection must also be addressed.
