Kazakhstan Puts Streamer Mellstroy on International Wanted List Over Casino Promotion

In Kazakhstan, authorities placed streamer Andrey Burim (known as Mellstroy) on an international wanted list for organizing a promotional campaign for the online casino “Mellstroy Game.”

The Financial Monitoring Agency in Astana confirmed that blogger Andrey Burim, known online as Mellstroy and born in 1998, has been officially added to the international wanted list.
The court authorized a detention order, and officials stated that the blogger coordinated a large-scale promotional campaign through social media to advertise Mellstroy.game, targeting users in Kazakhstan as well.

According to the agency, Mellstroy launched giveaways and challenges aimed at boosting attention to the casino. Users were encouraged to:
- create video clips on TikTok
- publish short videos on YouTube Shorts
- post content on other social platforms mentioning Mellstroy.game
- use casino logos and direct links to the website
Additional Facts About the Blogger
Burim had previously been convicted in Russia and sentenced to corrective labor and a fine after assaulting a participant during a livestream. In November 2025, a court in Minsk ruled that his channels, logos, and watermarks constitute extremist materials.
