Blogger Wanted Over Online Casino Network

In Kazakhstan, the Astana Department of the Financial Monitoring Agency announced an interstate search for Kazakh citizen Ilyar Yuvashev (blogger andersonchik1, born in 1998).

Online Casino Network Activities

According to the agency, in 2024–2025 Yuvashev assisted in organizing a network of illegal online casinos, including the mellstroy.game platform, operating without a license in the country.

He was involved in the creation and management of these platforms.

Promotion via Social Media

To promote the online casinos, the blogger launched giveaways and challenges.

Users were encouraged to post videos on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms featuring the brand, casino logos, and links to the website.

Financial Operations and Schemes

To launder funds and conceal transactions, 22 shell companies were registered.

More than ₸3.6 billion (around $7.46M) of player funds were processed through POS terminals and electronic payment tools.

Use of Payment Infrastructure

Transactions were carried out using various payment instruments to mask the origin of funds.

Case Status

Yuvashev has been placed on an interstate wanted list.

He is suspected of assisting in the organization of illegal online casino operations in Kazakhstan.
