Santa Fe launches online betting tender

In Argentina, the province of Santa Fe has launched a tender for online betting operator licenses and will accept applications until March 2, 2026.

The number of licenses to be issued is not limited. Each license will be valid for 10 years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.

License fees are set at a minimum of 15% of operators’ GGR.

Requirements for tender participants

Local and foreign operators

Foreign companies may participate in the tender only in partnership with local operators.

The minimum net asset requirements are $2 million for local individual applicants and $120 million for foreign companies.

Launch timeline after licensing

After obtaining a license, operators will be given 180 days to launch their online betting platform.
