PlayCity Fines FavBet and Casino.ua ₴1.6 Million Each

In Ukraine, the regulator PlayCity fined operators FavBet and Casino.ua ₴1.6 million each for providing false information and failing to respond to regulator requests on time.

Reasons for the Fines

LLC “CASINO.UA” and LLC “BOOKMAKERS COMPANY «FAVBET»” were fined for violating legislation related to interaction with the regulator. The companies provided inaccurate information and did not respond promptly to official PlayCity requests.

Fine Amounts

Each operator received two fines: one for ₴400,000 and another for ₴1.2 million, totaling ₴1.6 million per company.

Regulator’s Response

PlayCity emphasizes that it responds to every violation and all citizen inquiries, ensuring compliance with the rules. This helps maintain a legal and responsible gambling market in Ukraine.
