LinkedIn Launches Global AI Job Search

The professional networking and job search platform LinkedIn will open global access in January to its AI-powered job search tool for users in English, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese, as reported the Neuroded channel, citing LinkedIn’s VP of Product Development, Erran Berger.
A New Approach to Job Search
Previously, LinkedIn search relied on keywords and filters. The new AI tool adapts to the user by taking into account:
- Skills and professional experience;
- Career goals and interests;
- The way users phrase their queries and desired positions;
- Cultural differences and regional variations of job titles.
Global Rollout Phases
The AI search will first be available to users in the United States and will gradually expand to other countries. This rollout aims to better align job recommendations with the actual needs of professionals worldwide.
Benefits for Job Seekers
The tool helps users find jobs that match their experience and goals more accurately, reducing search time and increasing the likelihood of responses from employers. Notably, the system also accounts for local job title variations and regional labor market differences.
